Founders
Call Tiffin was founded by two professionals who share a common belief: everyone deserves fresh, wholesome, home-style food, no matter how busy life becomes.
Surbhi Paurush brings a distinguished leadership journey spanning human resources, business strategy, and marketing. Her career has evolved from serving as an HR Head in the IT services industry to Vice President – Marketing at a leading 3D Material Extrusion Manufacturing company. Her expertise in people leadership, brand building, and customer experience shapes the values that define Call Tiffin.
Rajesh Kumar, an IIT Bombay alumnus, brings extensive experience across the food and manufacturing industries. With a strong foundation in operations, innovation, and entrepreneurship, he is committed to delivering quality, consistency, and excellence in every meal.
Before founding Call Tiffin, Surbhi and Rajesh co-founded the Mumbai-based startup Shop in Minute in Bandra West. Through this venture, they successfully planned and executed premium hospitality and catering experiences for numerous high-profile private and corporate events, including celebrations associated with the families of Mukesh Ambani, Suniel Shetty, and Shahid Balwa.
Today, they have brought together their combined expertise in leadership, entrepreneurship, food operations, and customer experience to create Call Tiffin—a brand built on trust, nutrition, and care.
Every meal is freshly prepared using quality ingredients, with no palm oil and no unnecessary preservatives, because great food should nourish both the body and the people who matter most.
